Hi, I’m Katie

From the outside, you might assume I've always had an easy relationship with food. The truth is, it was anything but. I struggled with an eating disorder for most of my adult life, and it was only after being diagnosed with ADHD later in life that everything started to make more sense.

Looking back, it felt like the final piece of the puzzle. It helped me make sense of years of confusion, self-criticism and wondering why I couldn't simply do what I knew I wanted to do.

Today, I'm genuinely free from the self-imposed prison that shaped so much of my life.

That freedom didn't come from another diet, more willpower or trying harder. It came from understanding why my relationship with food had developed in the first place and recognising the thoughts, emotions and patterns that had been keeping me stuck. As my understanding grew, so did my ability to create lasting change.

That experience inspired me to learn everything I could, both personally and professionally, about why food can become such a source of struggle. The more I learnt, the more I realised there was always a reason behind the behaviours I'd spent years fighting against. Understanding those reasons changed everything.

Today, I help men and women build a calmer, more trusting relationship with food so lasting change finally becomes possible.

Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck and create a way of eating and living that feels calm, sustainable and genuinely yours.

I offer a free clarity call to anyone who wants to explore what's possible beyond a life dominated by food. It's a chance for us to talk, answer your questions and see whether working together feels like the right next step.
